I bought them at a petshop and told the lady they in a outside cage and with 2 other Elegent Parrots, first they were ok and then about for 4 days now the male is acting weard. He looks very unsteady on his feet, and his head is like spinning and he looks (drunk) if you know what I mean. Do you think you can help me with information what to do.
